Online influencer Clavicular has been charged in Massachusetts with rape, administering a substance for sexual intercourse and procuring alcohol for a person under 21, according to Orleans District Court records.
The defendant, Braden E. Peters, is known online for “looksmaxxing” content and livestreams. Court records identify May 23, 2025, as the alleged offense date and Chatham, on Cape Cod, as the location.
A clerk-magistrate found probable cause on all three allegations on September 4, and a criminal complaint and summons were issued September 8, according to the case docket. The Boston Globe, citing court filings and a police report, reported that Peters is not in custody and is due to be arraigned in Orleans District Court on October 14.
The criminal accusations surfaced after Peters built a sizable online profile around appearance-focused content that has crossed into fashion and livestream culture. The Los Angeles Times reported that he walked in a Paris Fashion Week menswear presentation in June.
No conviction has been entered. The pending charges are allegations, and Peters is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court. A representative for Peters did not immediately respond to requests for comment reported by the Associated Press and the Los Angeles Times.
